NJ Pinelands May Welcome 15-Mile Natural Gas Pipeline

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 6:56 PM EST) -- Staff members of the New Jersey Pinelands Commission released a report Monday recommending that the commission approve construction of 15 miles of natural gas pipeline through the region, a project that would allow RC Cape May Holdings LLC to repower a plant shuttered for air pollution concerns.
