Miami Atty Says Law Firm Stiffed Him On Airline Suit Fees

Law360, Miami (January 7, 2014, 7:44 PM EST) -- Miami attorney John P. Hess filed suit Friday asking a Florida court to confirm his right to attorneys' fees via an agreement for work on a case that a passenger, who is represented by Wadsworth Huott LLP, brought against Caribbean Airlines Ltd.
