NYPD, FDNY Retirees Charged In 9/11 Disability Fraud

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 6:09 PM EST) -- More than 100 people, including many retirees of the New York Police Department and Fire Department of New York, were indicted Tuesday for their alleged involvement in a massive Social Security Disability fraud scheme that cost hundreds of millions of dollars.
