Trauma Care Oversight Bill Advanced By NJ Senate Panel

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 8:23 PM EST) -- A bill that would create a new state director position for trauma care, installing a committee to evaluate and enhance access to trauma care for all New Jersey residents regardless of where they live, was approved by a New Jersey Senate committee on Monday.
