11th Circ. Denies RJ Reynolds' Bid To Rehear Engle Case

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 6:12 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit refused Monday to reconsider its ruling that the Engle tobacco litigation in Florida does not violate R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.'s due process rights, creating the possibility of another U.S. Supreme Court challenge to the Engle holding.
