Prime Healthcare Gets Stay On Bankruptcy Court's Dismissal

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 5:51 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday temporarily blocked a bankruptcy court’s dismissal of a state civil suit filed by Prime Healthcare Services Inc., potentially reviving Prime’s claim that a competitor engineered an anti-competitive conspiracy against it in order to poach a bankrupt hospital.
