Ex-Aviation Co. Exec Avoids Prison For BCI Bribes

Law360, Chicago (January 7, 2014, 2:49 PM EST) -- A former AAR Corp. executive who copped to accepting more than $400,000 in bribes from the owner of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. to seal deals between the companies was sentenced Tuesday to probation and house arrest, dodging the two-year prison term sought by prosecutors due to his cooperation in the case and personal circumstances.
