Sutter Says Doc Jumped The Gun With Whistleblower Suit

Law360, San Francisco (January 7, 2014, 3:53 PM EST) -- Sutter Central Valley Hospitals urged the California Supreme Court to stay a physician’s whistleblower suit accusing the hospital group of retaliating after he reported nurse misconduct, arguing Tuesday that the doctor failed to exhaust a required administrative review process before taking his allegations to court.
