Danaher Sues Over Soured $72M Merger With Analysis Co.

Law360, Los Angeles (January 7, 2014, 9:50 PM EST) -- Danaher Corp. on Tuesday launched a $14 million suit in New York state court against the shareholder representative at X-Ray Optical Systems Inc., a company it acquired for $72 million in 2011, for failing to insure it against losses after XOS' premiere product failed.
