Feds Abandon $35M Charleston Dock Project Appeal

Law360, New York (January 8, 2014, 6:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Monday abandoned its appeal of a 2013 court order that set aside a permit for a planned $35 million cruise ship terminal in Charleston, S.C., that had drawn the ire of environmentalists who said the plans were not adequately reviewed.
