Key Part Of Fla. Gov.'s Tax Cut Plan Advances In Senate

Law360, Miami (January 9, 2014, 7:04 PM EST) -- A Florida bill that would roll back hundreds of millions in motor vehicle taxes and fees — and that has the backing of Gov. Rick Scott as a key component of his plan to cut taxes by $500 million — took its first step forward in the state Senate on Thursday.

The bill passed unanimously in Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism and Economic Development.
