Texas Regulator Wants Limits On EPA Emissions Rule

Law360, Dallas (January 9, 2014, 7:05 PM EST) -- Members of the Texas Public Utility Commission said Thursday that they would sign on to a resolution from a group of Southern states asking the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to respect state boundaries in crafting its carbon dioxide emissions regulations.
