OIG Knocks Medicare Over Erratic Coverage Policies

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 5:47 PM EST) -- Medicare has made scant progress reducing disparities in coverage across the country that stem from local government contractors’ ability to restrict access, according to an inspector general’s report Wednesday that federal regulators partly embraced.
