US Wants In On Whistleblower Suit Over Apparel Duties

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 5:04 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Wednesday asked to step into a whistleblower suit in New York federal court alleging that a women's apparel importer made false statements to U.S. Customs and Border Protection as part of a ploy to skirt import duties.
