3rd Circ. Reverses Contempt Order In Bayer Fraud Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2014, 3:35 PM EST) -- A Third Circuit panel on Thursday found that a bankruptcy court abused its discretion by holding investment consulting group 21st Capital Corp. in contempt, ruling that 21st Capital properly followed a court order not to pursue accounts receivable claims against a Bayer AG subsidiary.
