NJ Commision Rejects Pinelands Gas Pipeline Agreement

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 3:18 PM EST) -- A New Jersey commission on Friday voted down a memorandum of agreement, putting a major roadblock in front of plans to build a 22-mile natural gas pipeline to repower an electric power plant, part of which would have gone through the environmentally protected New Jersey Pinelands region.
