After Legal Win, Nintendo Buys Patents Of Failed 'Troll'

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 3:44 PM EST) -- Nintendo Co. Ltd. said Thursday that it had purchased the patent portfolio of a so-called patent troll that was forced to sell off its assets to cover Nintendo's legal fees after unsuccessfully suing the company for infringement.
