Developer Seeks To Revive Morgan Lewis Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 14, 2014, 3:59 PM EST) -- A Philadelphia developer asked the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday to revive a malpractice suit accusing Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP of giving faulty financial advice that ultimately sank a $112.5 million real estate deal, arguing the trial court judge improperly excluded its expert witness from testimony.
