White House To Replace CGI On ACA Site Tech Contract

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 4:33 PM EST) -- The Obama administration will replace CGI Federal for further work on fixes to HealthCare.gov, a decision made after the president admitted that the government and its contractors "fumbled" the initial rollout of the site.

A spokesman for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services declined to talk about the decision, but said that a transition was underway.
