7th Circ. OKs Shahid Khan's Discovery In Failed-Deal Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2014, 9:52 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday upheld a lower court's allowing billionaire Shahid Khan to proceed with discovery in GEA Group AG's suit over an aborted business deal with his auto parts company, finding it is unlikely to lead to conflict with a related arbitration proceeding in Germany.
