Schlumberger Customer Info Sought In Permian Basin Spat

Law360, Dallas (January 13, 2014, 8:42 PM EST) -- Crescent Directional Drilling LP on Wednesday asked the Texas Supreme Court to force energy giant Schlumberger Technology Corp. to turn over financial records for its Permian Basin operations in a $30 million suit stemming from Crescent’s alleged raid of Schlumberger employees.
