Miami Firm Fights Ex-Partner Who Wants Access To Books

Law360, Miami (January 13, 2014, 5:28 PM EST) -- A Miami law firm on Monday asked a Florida appeals court to reverse a summary judgment ruling that found a former partner who left the firm still held shares in it and was entitled to inspect the firm's financial records.
