Commercial Drones Herald Product Liability, Privacy Suits

Law360, San Diego (January 16, 2014, 9:48 PM EST) -- As industries including oil, retail and media gear up for the commercialization of drones and the Federal Aviation Administration paves the way for their widespread civilian use by 2015, lawyers warn that drone makers and operators should focus on quality control and transparency to limit exposure to the coming wave of product liability and privacy litigation.
