NY AG's Charity Law Enforcer Gets Broad Investigatory Role

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 1:50 PM EST) -- New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said Monday his top charity law watchdog has been appointed senior enforcement counsel in the office's executive division, an expanded role in which he will bring his work to bear on civil rights, consumer protection, securities and other matters.
