'Fast-Track' Trade Proposal Splits Foreign, US Auto Cos.

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 8:24 PM EST) -- Toyota Motor Corp. and other foreign automakers on Monday commended a bill that would grant “fast-track” trade authority to the president, taking a stance different from that of U.S. car companies, which want more in the proposal to combat foreign currency manipulation.
