Carnival To Restart Cruises In Va. Despite New Fuel Costs

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 1:50 PM EST) -- Several months after pulling its ships out of launching from Norfolk, Va., over increased fuel costs tied to new environmental laws, Carnival Corp. has reversed its plans and will resume trips from the city's port in 2015, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe announced Monday.
