Lloyd's, Others Say They Needn't Cover $1B Lead Paint Case

Law360, Los Angeles (January 14, 2014, 9:27 PM EST) -- Lloyd's of London and other insurers argued in a complaint filed Monday in a New York state court that they shouldn't have to cover lead pigment makers in a recent $1.15 billion judgment of a public-nuisance suit, alleging that property damage or bodily injury hasn't yet occurred.
