High Court Primed To Limit CERCLA Preemption

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 7:20 PM EST) -- Decades-old pollution allegations that were recently revived by the Fourth Circuit appear headed for a high court dead end, as attorneys say the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to side with an electronics manufacturer that claims state statutes of repose aren't preempted by the federal Superfund law.
