Cigna Funds Eating-Disorder Claims To Settle NY Probe

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 5:24 PM EST) -- Cigna Corp. has agreed to fund several hundred New York insurance claims for nutritional counseling for mental health conditions, in particular eating disorders like anorexia, to settle an ongoing investigation by the state attorney general's office, which hinted at more possible cases to come Wednesday.
