Currency Co. Defends Standing In Facebook Antitrust Suit

Law360, Chicago (January 15, 2014, 6:43 PM EST) -- Kickflip Inc. on Tuesday urged a Delaware federal judge to allow its antitrust suit against Facebook Inc. to proceed, arguing it still has standing to pursue the case despite having divested the virtual currency portion of its business that was allegedly harmed by Facebook’s anti-competitive behavior.
