Law360, Washington (January 15, 2014, 6:25 PM EST) -- The Senate Intelligence Committee in a report Wednesday cautioned the federal government against using nongovernmental local security forces to protect its high-risk international outposts, claiming that over-reliance was one factor that led to the “likely preventable” 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya.
