Texas Utility Again Defeats City Immunity In Contract Suit

Law360, Dallas (January 15, 2014, 7:11 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday again sided with the Lower Colorado River Authority in the utility’s dispute with a group of cities over wholesale power agreements, finding the city of Seguin isn’t immune from breach of contract claims.
