Motorola's Overseas Hunt For $1B Shipped To NY High Court

Law360, Los Angeles (January 16, 2014, 7:24 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit asked New York’s highest court on Tuesday to help settle a decadelong dispute between Motorola Inc. and the Uzan family of Turkey, by determining if a New York-based bank must turn over Uzan funds held in the bank’s foreign branches.
