NLRB Targets Wal-Mart Over Strike-Related Firings

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 9:06 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board said Wednesday it had issued a sweeping complaint against Wal-Mart Stores Inc., accusing the retail giant of unlawfully threatening and disciplining workers, including 19 employees who were fired after going, or committing to go, on strike to protest protest wages and working conditions.
