Pa. Appeals Court Won't Revive Ford Roof Defect Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 15, 2014, 5:47 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court published a ruling Wednesday affirming a trial court ruling that Ford Motor Co. was not liable for an automobile accident that left a mother paralyzed and caused serious injuries to her daughter, rejecting arguments that roof defects had caused the injuries.
