Texas Bar's Action Against Ex-DA Heads To High Court

Law360, Los Angeles (January 16, 2014, 3:33 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear a case on whether the state bar could use a trial transcript that had been expunged in a lower court in a disciplinary action the bar was pursuing against a prosecutor accused of misconduct.
