Doc To Challenge $1.3M Sanction Before Texas High Court

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 8:51 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear the case of a doctor who was ordered to pay $1.37 million in attorneys' fees after the dismissal of the defamation and tortious interference lawsuit he filed against his former employers.
