Abu Dhabi Bank Tries To Revive $40M Credit Suisse Row

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 8:48 PM EST) -- Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC urged a New York appellate court to revive its suit claiming Credit Suisse Group AG oversold the potential restructuring benefits of a troubled $40 million investment, saying evidence of criminal misconduct justifies breathing new life into the suit.

The Emirati bank told the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division that indictments of senior Credit Suisse officials show that one person who worked on the losing investment at issue has pled guilty to felony conspiracy.
