Curt Schilling Seeks To Block Release of Bankruptcy Docs

Law360, Wilmington (January 16, 2014, 10:42 AM EST) -- Former pitching ace Curt Schilling objected Wednesday to a bankruptcy trustee's bid to share files from his failed video game company 38 Studios LLC with the Rhode Island officials suing over a $75 million loan from the state, saying it threatens to expose privileged personal information.
