Longtime Investors Sue CME Group Over Trading Changes

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 2:17 PM EST) -- CME Group Inc. was hit with a shareholder suit in Illinois court Wednesday by longtime traders who allege changes to the future exchange's trading technology have undermined the value of their memberships. 

In a complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, the stockholders, who have been CME members since as early as the 1970s, claim that they and other Class B members have lost the free and proximate access they once had to the Globex trading platform.
