2nd Circ. Chucks Suit Against Community College

Law360 (March 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has affirmed a 2004 ruling in favor of Bronx Community College in a discrimination case filed by a business manager for the school.

The case was brought in September 2001 by Maher Mobasher, who is originally from Egypt. He alleged that he had been discriminated against on the basis of his age, national origin, race and gender, though he later dropped the gender discrimination claim.
