Texas Dems Urge DOJ To Fight State's ACA Navigator Rules

Law360, Houston (January 16, 2014, 6:36 PM EST) -- Members of the Texas Democratic Congressional Delegation said Wednesday they have asked the U.S. Department of Justice to stop state insurance regulators from implementing what they say are overly burdensome rules governing public-assistance navigators under the Affordable Care Act.
