Air France, KLM Raided In EU Airline Probe

Law360, New York (March 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More details have emerged about the European Commission’s raids of several international passenger airlines on Tuesday, with Air France and KLM both confirming they have been targeted in the investigation into price-fixing of fares on long-haul routes.

Air France and KLM, both owned by parent company Air France-KLM, said they are being investigated by EC officials, along with Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Alitalia.

The EC revealed the raids Tuesday, without naming any specific airlines involved in the probe.
