Calif. Court Reverses Nurse's Win In Wrongful Firing Suit

Law360, San Francisco (January 16, 2014, 4:19 PM EST) -- California's Fourth District on Tuesday reversed a nurse's trial court damages award in his wrongful-termination case, finding that the jury had been given an incorrect and prejudicial instruction that conflicts with the California Supreme Court's 2012 ruling over the firing of a pregnant bus driver.
