CFTC Subpoenas Traders In Jet Fuel Price Probe

Law360 (March 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has reportedly targeted several oil traders and brokers with subpoenas as part of its investigation into the possible manipulation of jet fuel prices.

The agency has sent subpoenas to the unnamed traders and brokers seeking information about trades that occurred between May 21 and May 25, 2007, and between Dec. 18 and Dec. 25, 2006, Dow Jones reported Friday.
