Mo. Pol. Wants Film Tax Credit Revitalized

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 3:11 PM EST) -- Missouri's reputation as an attractive tax home for film productions could be extended for the next six years if legislation introduced Thursday that seeks to reauthorize the state's film tax credit is enacted.

The state's film production tax credit sunsets in November but H.B. 1451, introduced by Rep. Kathryn Swan, seeks to revitalize the program and continue it into November 2020, at the very least.
