NYC Dealership Wins Sandy Business Interruption Coverage

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 4:40 PM EST) -- A state judge on Thursday handed a New York City Nissan dealership the key to up to $3 million in Superstorm Sandy-related business interruption coverage from Tower National Insurance Co., finding that a flood exclusion was inapplicable to those losses.
