GAO Rejects IntelliDyne's $15.5M DOJ Contract Protest

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 6:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office denied IntelliDyne LLC's protest over a $15.5 million information technology services contract awarded by the U.S. Marshals Service, finding the company hadn’t given any reason to question the agency’s evaluation, according to a decision released Friday.

The GAO said the Virginia-based IT consulting firm had not demonstrated that the USMS had improperly evaluated its $16.5 million bid for “agile information technology development and sustainment services,” which was $1 million higher than DHA Group Inc.’s winning bid.
