States Press 7th Circ. To Intervene In Asian Carp Feud

Law360, Chicago (January 22, 2014, 4:26 PM EST) -- Five Great Lakes states urged the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday to revive their lawsuit aiming to force the federal government to take decisive action to block the migration of Asian carp into Lake Michigan, calling the invasive species an "extraordinary threat" to the region.
