Pearson, McGraw-Hill Target Hotfile With Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 17, 2014, 7:53 PM EST) -- Pearson Education Inc., McGraw-Hill Global Education Holdings LLC and other top textbook publishers on Friday hit defunct file-sharing site Hotfile Corp. and its top executive with a copyright infringement suit, alleging many of their books had been potentially downloaded thousands of times.
